Return Policy

1. Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
